Starting her career as a model and commercial actress, Cathy worked with every known advertising firm of her time. Doing numerous commercials for Burger King, KFC, Nestea, and more, Cathy first learned the industry from the perspective of a talent. This proved to be priceless information when she moved behind the scenes working with several production teams throughout Miami. Later she was asked to revamp the Children’s Division at Wilhelmina Kids Miami. She extended Wilhelmina’s strong brand and made their Children’s Division a force to be reckoned with during her 10 years with the company booking kids in numerous television shows, movies, commercials, and magazines including the first children to ever appear on the cover of W magazine and in an abnormally large spread by Bruce Weber. Cathy & Company now stands on its own and grows each year. Because of Cathy's work in every side of this industry she has a unique approach and unmatched motivation to help each talent realize their potential and reach their dream.
